We do this by helping clients revisit and rebuild their business strategy as well as helping them execute it. Although we work in most industries, we have deep experience in Healthcare and Technology.

We've been Fortune 500 executives, entrepeneurs starting our own companies and C-level executives having grown companies of various sizes. And yes, we've been consultants having worked with companies of all sizes. Something else that sets us apart is that we help execute our recommendations. So clients get realistic, actionable recommendations.

Typical Harvest clients are high-growth companies looking for new markets and ways to exploit them. This may include acquisitions, new products, geographic expansion, partnership development and/or improved sales and marketing. That will always be the case. But with financial markets in turmoil, raising capital a challenge and customer demand soft, driving growth may seem like a distant dream these days.
